How to Complete the Course

 

Step 1 Login Information:  Enter your last name The username is not case sensitive Password:  Enter your NYSCA Member Identification Number.  If your Member Identification Number includes MBR-, please be sure to include, e.g. MBR-1234567 If you are having problems logging into the online course, please email nysca@nays.org to contact Member Services or call (800) 729-2057.

• Step 2
  • Review each of the eight topic areas
  • Complete the exam at the end of each section
    
    
• Log Out
  • You may log out of the course and return as a "Returning User" at any time to complete the uncompleted sections
  • You may return as a "Returning User" at any time to review the course contents, access links, and download forms
    
    
• Print Certificate
  
  • Print your certificate after completing the Gold Level Certified Coach Course.  To print the certificate, you must use Netscape 4.0 or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.
